PRINCETON, NJ – August 28, 2015 -Telesto Group, LLC has promoted Muscatine, Iowa-resident Thomas D. Waggoner to the executive role of Vice President of Client Services. In this role, he will be instrumental in driving Telesto Group’s operations and delivery objectives around Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) Services. Waggoner has worked with Telesto Group for three years and most recently has managed the Program Fulfillment and Practice Area leadership teams.
Waggoner joins the Telesto Group executive team with over 20 years of program management, supply chain and leadership experience within Operations and Information Technology functions. He is an accomplished executive leader whose skillset includes designing, implementing, and transferring global technology solutions to enable federal, municipal, and corporate services and supply chain operations.
Prior to joining Telesto Group, Waggoner recently served as General Manager withES3 Logistics in Muscatine, Iowa, where he leda $6M operation providing distribution and manufacturing logistics operations for a global consumer and food services manufacturer. He also previously held a senior purchasing directorposition with AccionaWinpower NA, LLC, inWest Branch, IA, where he was responsible for driving competitive positioning within the North American Wind Energy market. Waggoner additionally held several senior management roles in technology, purchasing, logistics, and strategic planning at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International (MBUSI).
Waggoner studied Business Administration,holds certifications in Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9000 and TS16949 Quality Systems, served 2 terms on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Automotive Manufacturing Association and is a certified IT Project Manager.
