Telesto Welcomes Former Brigadier General J.C. Millard to Strategic Role

Telesto is pleased to welcome an exciting new addition to the team. John “J.C.” Millard is Telesto’s new Senior Vice President, Defense Strategy responsible for facilitating and enhancing Telesto’s priorities, objectives, and initiatives on strategic pursuits within the Department of Defense.

J.C. Millard previously served in the U.S. Air Force as a Brigadier General and Deputy Director of Strategic Plans, Requirements and Programs, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. He was also the USTRANSCOM TMS Joint Planning Team lead for the TMS prototype project completed by Telesto earlier this year. He was instrumental in demonstrating that implementing a TMS will redefine how USTRANSCOM conducts business on a global scale.

J.C. identifies closely with the “honey badger” leadership style because “the honey badger doesn’t waste time with negativity, rather, they are focused, fearless, and ready to change the world.” This approach resonates with everyone at Telesto as well and we look forward to the many success stories ahead!
