Telesto Group developed its approach based on more than a decade of experience helping its Education and Training clients. This methodology has been customized to meet the unique business requirements within the armed services. We have the right questions to ask and understand the answers given!

We begin with our structured interview process to identify the people, process, and technology levers within the organization. From there we employ our LearningIntegrator^© methodology if a Learning Management System is needed. Telesto Group's role identification, role to process integration mapping and course requirements modeling toolsets are employed to determine the baseline number of courses needed.

Telesto Group's Education and Training Program Management Guidelines are used for managing the development and delivery of all education and training courses. Our evaluation tools enable the quick adaptation when changes would be beneficial to the client.
