From there we employ our LearningIntegrator© methodology if a Learning Management System is needed. Telesto Group's role identification, role to process integration mapping and course requirements modeling toolsets are employed to determine the baseline number of courses needed.
Telesto Group's Education and Training Program Management Guidelines are used for managing the development and delivery of all education and training courses. Our evaluation tools enable the quick adaptation when changes would be beneficial to the client.
