Telesto Group's program management experience covers both implementation and production support activities and encompasses defining and maintaining multi-year service level agreements. Telesto Group's teams have reached in excess of 100 personnel spanning both US as well as international implementations.

Since its formation Telesto Group built quality assurance measures into all services delivered to its clients. Telesto integrates quality measurement points in its services and proactively pursues the creation of quality measurement matrixes in its larger customer engagements.

Telesto Group is experienced in the CMMI standards to formally measure our quality assurance approaches for both service delivery and software development.
