SAP Federal Test Manager (Flexibility to travel up to 100%)

Job Description:

We are in the process of identifying a world-class Senior Test Manager to join our Federal Test/ALM Practice Area in a full time capacity (no 1099/C2C or third party, please).  The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing Test Lead support on release scope and schedule
  • Providing planning, coordination, and facilitation of test events, to include Integration, Performance, Regression, User Acceptance Test (UAT).  Parallel and smoke test events may also be applicable.
  • Author and owner of the release Test Plan, outlining strategy, resources support, data management, and test schedule
  • Participating and facilitating release gate reviews Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Production Readiness Review (PRR).  Includes slide preparation and meeting presentation.
  • Provide support for test status and strategy meetings on lifecycle gate reviews and weekly PMO status meetings
  • Creating and distributing daily test metrics, to include graphical progress and status charts and issues log with appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Support Program Risk meetings related to testing risks and/or issues
  • Support external Army test agencies responsible for test compliance, review, and recommendation to Army leadership
  • Responsible for the management and oversight of test team members

Test Manager – Harrisburg PA (local or willing to relocate)

Job Description:

We are in the process of identifying a world-class Test Manager to join our Test/ALM Practice Area in a full time capacity (no third parties).  Start date is expected summer 2017.

 

As the Telesto Group Test Manager (reporting to the TG Practice Lead and Client Program Manager), the incumbent will lead client functional and technical personnel through system testing.  This position will follow/update an identified test strategy/ test plan and guide client personnel through the review of existing tests and build of new tests.  The Test Manager will:

  • Collaborate with the client to follow and update the client’s Test Strategy/Test Plan based on Telesto/ASAP Methodology.
  • Review and update the test data framework that to enable manual and automated testing.
  • Keep testing tools including HP ALM, UFT, TAO, and integration to Solution Manger up-to-date.
  • Lead daily test status, defect status and change management status meetings during test prep and test execution phases.
  • Manage commitments and prioritization involving many concurrent testing projects of various sizes, frequent, iterative releases and routine changes in direction and prioritization in response to business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout testing life cycles.
  • Create, manage, and report status within operational and quality control plans
  • Provide regular periodic reporting relevant to account support activities, risks and issues, and growth opportunities
