Debra Patrick : Julie Hastrup : Soren Hastrup : Toralf Peters Ms. Patrick has over 19 years of business experience with 12 of those years concentrating on implementing and optimizing ERP systems within the Government, Higher Education, Consumer and Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Telecommunications industries. Debra has also held controller and financial accounting leadership responsibilities. Ms. Patrick has extensive knowledge within the SAP Financial modules and Sales-Distribution /Finance integration. She has frequently been brought into different institutions across multiple industries to examine their financial processes and technical tools and recommend improvement areas. Having led SAP programs with user bases ranging from 10,000 - 30,000 people within the Public Sector, Ms. Patrick has many years experience working with not-for-profit and government accounting operations. Ms. Patrick holds an MBA from the University of Georgia, a BS in Accounting from New Hampshire College, and is SAP certified. Ms. Hastrup has over two decades of business leadership experience with the last 17 years focusing on SAP implementations and performing in global IT and operational leadership positions in companies utilizing SAP. Ms. Hastrup has held program management responsibilities on several $25M+ technology and process change initiatives. She has worked extensively at bringing business groups with divergent views and cultures together to achieve program goals. Ms. Hastrup's process background is in financial controlling and supply chain processes. She has many years of process and technology integration experience in these areas. Throughout her career she has been called upon to provide expert knowledge as part of process and technology audits focusing on process improvement and program risk management. Ms. Hastrup has a BS in Accounting from Ohio State University and is SAP certified. Mr. Hastrup has accelerated quickly in his consulting career holding multiple program office positions over the last 12 years. Beginning his career in Denmark after receiving his MS from the University of Odense (Denmark)/University of Technology Sydney (Australia), Mr. Hastrup has led high performing companies around the world in optimizing their financial and supply chain processes and systems. In addition to his program office responsibilities, Mr. Hastrup has spent a significant amount of his career building education and training strategies and delivering high quality knowledge management and organizational change scenarios for global companies utilizing SAP. Mr. Hastrup's industry experience spans Aerospace and Defense, High Tech, and Life Sciences. He is fluent in English, Danish and German. Mr. Hastrup is SAP certified. He has deep technical knowledge of all SAP Financial and Controlling modules and their integration with all SAP Logistics modules. Mr. Peters' successful career has been based on his exceptional combination of deep technical skills and business understanding. He began gaining his technical experience in Germany at what is now SAP-SI (SAP's Systems Integration business unit) where he personally developed much of what is now standard within the SAP system. Mr. Peters has in-depth experience with all SAP releases since the rollout of SAP R/2. He has developed efficient custom programs for clients' specific needs that cannot be met by SAP's standard-delivered products or industry solutions. Mr. Peters has led numerous technical upgrade and workflow efforts. In addition to his technical capabilities, Mr. Peters has strong project management experience leading global teams on multi-year, complex engagements. He has worked in the Automotive, Life Sciences, and Heavy Manufacturing industries around the world. Mr. Peters is fluent in English and German and holds a degree in Computer Science and Economics from the Technical University of Dresden (Germany). |
